Jean Elizabeth (Barr) Hall

HALL, Jean Elizabeth

Passed away suddenly on February 17, 2022 at her home in Huntsville at the age of 68.  Jean was born on January 18, 1954, in Windsor, Ontario to parents Douglas and Neva Barr.  She is the beloved mother of Aaron Hall (Jesse) and Megan Sartor (Ryan).  She will be dearly missed by her precious grandchildren, Elizabeth and Amelia Hall and her brothers Wayne (Flor) Barr and James Barr.

The majority of her working years were spent in hospitality and most will remember Jean as the Assistant Banquet Manager at Deerhurst Resort.  When not working, Jean loved boating on Lake of Bays, gardening, baking for her family and soaking in the sun.  She loved to volunteer and would do so on many committees.

Cremation has taken place.  A celebration of life will take place May 14th at the Huntsville Legion from 2-4pm.  As an expression of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Huntsville Hospice or Huntsville Legion, Branch 232.  Messages of condolence can be left at www.billingsleyfuneralhome.com
