BOOTHBY, Elizabeth "Betty" Peacock (nee Wilson)

Passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 8, 2019 at Fairvern Nursing Home in her 95th year.  Beloved wife of the late Nelson Boothby.  Loving mother of Janice (Ted) Mastaler and Edward Boothby.  Cherished grandmother of Nigel (Kelly) and Cole.  Step-great-grandmother of Hannah.  The family wish to thank the doctors, nurses, psw"s and all the staff at Fairvern for the care Betty received.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 at Billingsley Funeral Home from 6 - 8 p.m. and on Thursday, September 12, 2019 from 12 - 1 p.m.  The funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday, September 12, 2019 at 1 p.m.  Reception to follow the funeral service.  Betty will be laid to rest beside her husband following the reception at Hutcheson Memorial Cemetery.  As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations can be made to the Huntsville Hospital Foundation.  Messages of condolence can be left at www.billingsleyfuneralhome.com
