Vernon Jerry Brush

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Vernon “Vern” Jerry Brush on March 26, 2025, at the age of 79.

Vern will be deeply missed by his many nieces and nephews as well as many friends. Vern is predeceased by his parents Susie and Roland and his siblings Loyd, Ron, Herbie, and Nora.

Vern was an animal lover, he enjoyed watching the birds, baby ducks, geese, beavers and otters grow and play in the pond at home. He most of all loved spending time with his pets. Vern loved to go for long walks and spending time with his great nieces and nephews when they came to visit.

A burial will be held on May 8, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Andrew’s Cemetery in Novar.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Society of Muskoka.
