Shirley Winnifred Parker (nee Kelly)

It is with heavy hearts, the family of Shirley Parker (nee Kelly) announce her peaceful passing on Thursday, November 6th, 2025, at Muskoka Landing Long Term Care, Huntsville, Ontario in her 92nd year.

Shirley was the beloved wife of Norman Parker, and the couple would have celebrated their 73rd Wedding Anniversary on Saturday, November 8th, 2025.

Devoted mother to Raymond (Michelle), Lawrence (Patricia), and Carole (Joe); Shirley was predeceased by both her son Alexander, and daughter-in-law Lisa.

Cherished Grandmother to Sarah, Keren, Emily, and Noelle, and proud Great-Grandmother to Taylor, Xander, Brenna, Nathan, and Griffin.

Over the years, Shirley and Norm were long-time members of All Saints Anglican Church here in Huntsville, Ontario, and they were past owners of The Variety Store On Main.

An avid curler, and golfer; Shirley enjoyed her involvement at both the Huntsville Curling Club, and the Huntsville Downs Golf Club.

She will be remembered by all who knew her.

As was Shirley’s wish, a Private Family Graveside Service will be held at All Saints Anglican Cemetery.

In memory of Shirley, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be welcomed.
