Sharon Diane Bostwick, born on August 1, 1945, in Hamilton, Ontario, left this world on September 8, 2025. She passed away suddenly from natural causes at the Huntsville District Memorial Hospital, leaving behind a profound legacy of love and care.
A dedicated professional, Sharon pursued her education at Secretarial College, which prepared her for a successful career in the real estate industry. Beginning her journey in Burlington, she eventually found her home in Huntsville, where she retired, cherishing the beauty and community of the area that embraced her.
Sharon was not only a devoted professional but also a passionate individual who enjoyed various hobbies and interests. Her love for winter activities in the picturesque setting of Huntsville was matched only by her enthusiasm for summer pastimes, including boating and sharing wonderful moments with friends on the lake.
Sharon is survived by her beloved husband, Donald, alongside their cherished daughter Sheila Park and her husband Guy Park, as well as Sheryl Guthrie. She was a proud grandmother to Quinton Jantzi and Avrey Jantzi-Brodhagen, who brought her immense joy, and her great-grandchildren Kaiden, Mason, Ashton Jantzi, and Lemon Brodhagen, who were the light of her life.
A visitation will be held in her honor on September 14, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Billingsley Funeral Home located at 430 Ravenscliffe Road, Huntsville, ON. This will be followed by a funeral service starting at 2:00 PM, with interment to take place at Maplewood Cemetery at 3:00 PM. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations can be made to the Huntsville Hospital Foundation at www.huntsvillehospitalfoundation.ca
Sharon's sudden departure has left a void in the hearts of her family and friends. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered for her warmth, kindness, and the joy she brought into the lives of those she cherished.
