Myles Rupert Patterson

With great sadness we announce the passing of Myles Rupert Patterson who passed away at Huntsville Hospital on May 18th, 2026.  Myles was born on June 18, 1961 in Gaspe, Quebec.  Predeceased by his father and mother, Elmer and Dorothy Patterson.

Myles was raised in Thorold by his mother Dorothy and living father Howard Clarke.  Myles had three sons who are his pride and joy; Tyler ,Zachary and Jacob and a granddaughter Brooke. Myles was incredibly proud of his children and had an unconditional love for them all.

Myles was a family man who cherished all the memories he made with his predeceased sister and brother in law Barbara ( Ron ) Kiley, his siblings Ann (John) Borozny, Jim Clarke (Nicole), and his father Howard Clark. Myles loved his family and would constantly tell stories about their upbringing and cherished memories together.

Myles’s true best bud later in life was his dog bear, they were truly inseparable from Tim Hortons to the ball diamonds - they went everywhere together.  Myles favourite pass times in life was fishing, reading the paper, swimming, and spending time with loved ones.  You could always count on him to fill you in on just about anything relating to sports.

Myles never truly got over the loss of his best friend Don Cruikshank, his fishing buddy.  Myles will be greatly missed by his family and friends, but it brings us peace to know that Don and him are reunited and will hit the water together and catch up on what they’ve missed over the last few years.

Our hearts will forever remain in your arms with one final send off.  Myles favorite saying to his partner through life. To the moon Alice, to the moon.  Till we all meet again. All our love.

A celebration of live will be held on June 18th, 2026 from 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. at Billingsley Funeral Home, 430 Ravenscliffe Road, Huntsville.
