Karen Lynn Emslie

Passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at the age of 64.

Karen was the beloved wife of Steve Fisher. Cherished mother of Glen Emslie (Vicki). She was the proud grandmother of Kayden and Griffin Emslie. 

Karen will be lovingly remembered by her siblings Rick Emslie, Charmain Emslie, Kevin Emslie, and Melissa Grigg (Dave).

An avid gardener, and a love for cooking, Karen will be dearly missed by her friends and family.

In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place and a service in celebration of Karen’s life will be held in the summer 2026 followed by the interment of her ashes at Hutcheson Cemetery.

For those who wish and in lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be welcomed.
