Kara Joan Lavigne

It is with great sadness that the family of Kara Lavigne, of Huntsville, Ontario and formerly of Bathurst announce her passing which occurred on Sunday, February 23, 2025 at the age of 44. 

She was the daughter of Richard and Joan (Sweet) Lavigne of Bathurst.

Kara was an animal lover. Her dog "Holly" was her walking partner having participated in numerous marathons alongside Kara. She will be sadly missed by her fur babies, Holly and Walker whom she adored. 

In addition to her parents, she will be sadly missed by her sister Cheryl (Stephane) as well as her niece Makayla and her nephew Dawson, several aunts, uncles and cousins. She was predeceased by her son, Noah. 

Funeral details will be announced at a later date.
