James Robert George Mather

James Robert George Mather passed away at his home in Gravenhurst, Ontario on Monday, December 11, 2023, in his 81st year. Jim was born on May 2nd, 1943 to Hugh and Esther Mather of Burk’s Falls, Ontario.

Beloved husband for 45 years of Lorraine (Schamehorn) Mather. He is survived by his 2 children Hugh (Katharine) and Annie (Dwayne).

Jim will be missed by his siblings Margaret (Jim), Mary, Thomas (Clara), and John.

A celebration of life will take place at a later date. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations can be made to the Huntsville District Memorial Hospital (huntsvillehospitalfoundation.ca) or the South Muskoka Memorial Hospital (mahc.ca) .
