MALLOY, Bertha May (nee White) Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 4, 2018 at Fairvern Nursing Home at the age of 89. Beloved wife of the late William Malloy who predeceased Bertha in 1989. Cherished mother of Jo-Anne Holmes (Richard), the late Betty-Anne Kelly (Robert), the late Rodney Malloy, Susanne Martin (Barry), Brian Malloy, Robert Malloy, John Malloy (Peggy), Barton Malloy (Nancy), Marna (Brian Massie) and Amanda Appleyard (James). Proud grandmother of 22 and great-grandmother of 19. Loving sister to Myrle, Gloria, Arthur and Ross. Pre-deceased by her siblings Lorne, Bonnie and Wayne. In keeping with Bertha's wishes, cremation has taken place. The interment will take place on Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at Hutcheson Memorial Cemetery at 2 p.m, all are welcome. The celebration of life will take place following the interment at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 232. As an expression of sympathy memorial donations can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
