Barbara (Cary) Lawrence

LAWRENCE, Barbara Joan March 20, 1929 - August 15, 2018 Passed away peacefully in her 90th year at Algonquin Grace Hospice in Huntsville, On. with family at her side, listening to her favourite music. Barbara was predeceased by her loving husband of 67 years Bud Lawrence and her parents Florence Cary and Reginald Cary of Toronto, ON. A loving Mom and Grandmom she will be very missed by daughter Wendi Barker (Steve Hancock) and Grandkids; Kevin Barker, Scott Barker, Julia Hancock, Stefanie Leblanc and Charlie Hancock. And by daughter Judi (Don Ferne), granddaughters Kim Hanson, Katie Kerrigan and families. Barbara enjoyed her retirement years at Muskoka Traditions where she had wonderful friends and staff that she cared for deeply. We cannot thank Algonquin Grace Hospice enough for all their incredible care and compassion in helping Mom make her final journey, and request that in lieu of flowers all donations be sent to Algonquin Grace. At Mom's request there will be no service.
