CARR, Audrey Mae (nee Galbraith)

Passed away peacefully on April 1, 2023 at Fairvern with family at her side. Audrey was born on October 25, 1935 to parents Wilfred and Ena (nee Ware) Galbraith in Amaranth Township, Ontario.  She is the beloved wife of the late Robert Carr who predeceased Audrey on November 11, 2012, they were married for 55 years.  A loving and devoted mother to Stephen (dec. Mary-Ann), Dale (Ruth), Beverley Renaud, and Wayne (Debi) Carr.  Loving and proud Gram to Jamie (Kim), Jennifer (Bryan), Megan (David), Robbie (Tina), Adrian (Charlene), Jonathan (Mel), Jeremy (Lexi), Robbie, Cheyanne, Stacey, Samantha, Keith, and Amanda (Ryan).  Great-Gram to Brandon, Brock, Austin, Eli, Thomas, Ivy, Brooke, Leah, Fayth, Serena, Andrew, Evan, Jacey, Jordan, Charlie, Olivia, Kyle, and Trent.  Much loved by her siblings Truman and Beverly.  Predeceased by her parents, and siblings Ada, Norma, Earl, Lila, Herman, and Lavern.

Cremation has taken place.  Audrey will be laid to rest beside her husband at Hutcheson Memorial Cemetery in the Spring.  As an expression of sympathy memorial donations can be made to Hospice Huntsville or Friends of Fairvern.
